Welcome to Duaris Developments

Duaris Developments was formed in early 2009 with a vision to design and build innovative Luxury New Homes in Quality Locations throughout Sussex and the Southern Home Counties.

Spourned from well known East Grinstead Builders: Duaris Ltd, the Company was created to Develop Properties to add another bespoke product to an already successful brand.

This vision is already a reality, having Constructed our first Bespoke Development Site on the outskirts of East Grinstead, and we have since acquired more re-development opportunities in the local area.
